When you start your search for a rental property, have a think about the following:

If we’ve got a listing that suites your preferences, make a time to view the property with the Property Manager or attend one of our Open for Inspections.After viewing the property, if you’d like to apply you can download an application form under the Renting tab and email it back to us. Alternatively, we also have application forms during our Open for Inspections and in our office.

We will do our best to get back to you about the status of your rental application as quickly as possible.

Once you’ve been approved for a property, your first month’s rent becomes due (either by cash, bank cheque or online) and a Lease agreement as well as Bond Lodgement form will need to be signed at our office prior to your commencement date.

The bond must be paid either in cash, bank cheque or online. Upon the commencement your tenancy, you will be given a set of keys along with a property condition report and all other relevant information pertaining to your tenancy with Holland Price.

Paying your rent is simple, either online, with cash or by cheque.

Maintenance issues will be promptly dealt with by either emailing our office or giving us a call.
