Holland Price have been fantastic in sourcing quality tenants, maintaining great communication with tenants and me as the property owner and managing various maintenance needs. Their pricing is very competitive and reasonable and they don’t charge excessively for things that don’t cost them time or money to do (like re-signing a lease with a current tenant).
